What we collect, and what we do with it.

This covers this website. It does not cover the SyncIQ applications themselves: data your team puts into those is governed by your agreement with us, where you remain the controller and we act on your instructions.

Who we are

What we collect

Two things, and nothing else on this site.

• What you send us in the demo form. Your name, work email, company, role, the industry and function you selected, the use cases and application you picked, and whatever you wrote in the message field. The form also silently carries the context you arrived with, such as the campaign or referring page in the URL, so we know which page prompted you to get in touch.
• Cookies and similar storage. Listed individually, with what each is for and how long it lasts, on the cookies page. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage is set before you choose.

If you log in to a SyncIQ application through this site, a session cookie is set so that your session survives a page reload. It carries no analytics or advertising purpose.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, special category data. Please don't put confidential or regulated information into the message field: use the demo call for that.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to you and arrange a demo. Our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and in the steps leading to a contract.
• To understand how the site is used and which campaigns bring people here. Your consent, given through the cookie banner, and withdrawable at any time by clearing this site's cookies.
• To keep the site available and secure. Our legitimate interest in operating it.

Sharing with Google

If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Google processes that data as described in its own terms.

One specific thing is worth stating plainly. When you submit the demo form, we send Google Ads a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email address so that Google can match the enquiry to the ad that led to it. Your email address itself is never sent, and a hash cannot be reversed back into it. This happens only if you accepted advertising cookies. If you declined, nothing is sent.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need to run the site, and only for that purpose. None of them may use your data for their own ends.

• Google (Analytics and Ads), if you accepted, as above.
• Our email or messaging provider, so a demo request reaches the team.
• Our hosting and backend infrastructure, which serves this site and the applications behind it.
• A customer relationship system, where an enquiry is forwarded into one.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Where it is held, and for how long

Our applications can be deployed with data residency in the region you choose, and customer data never trains foundation models. Both are covered in more detail under trust and security.

For this website specifically: we keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to follow up with you, and analytics data for the periods on the cookies page. Where data leaves your region, we rely on the safeguards required by the data protection law that applies to you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting anything done beforehand. Email info@synciq.ai and we will respond as quickly as we can, and within the period the applicable law allows.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant and we rely on your consent, we will ask again.
